Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.


How much are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are €6 for Europe and €12 for worldwide delivery. 

We offer free worldwide shipping over €90!


How long will it take to get my order?

Regular shipping information: Most of our products are custom-made for you on demand in Europe and we put quality before speed. Average time from order placement to delivery in Europe is 5–12 working days, Worldwide 10–17 working days. 

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience (e.g. your country’s customs, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). For this reason, we can not guarantee the exact delivery time.


Do I have to pay customs and import fees?

We agree: custom fees suck! But unfortunately, depending on the policy of the destination country, different fees might be charged and calculated based on the total value of the ordered goods. These charges are not covered by us. Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your destination country before ordering online. We would prefer a borderless world, too. Please understand that we do not refund customs fees.


I want to send my order as a gift to a friend – will there be a price on the parcel?

We can of course send your ordered products directly to your friend — but please be aware that due to international customs and shipping regulations, we have to show the value of the parcel on the outside. (But we are sure that your friend will be very happy, anyway!)


What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman or courier will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.


My Order 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.


Do I have to pay VAT (value-added tax)?

Depending on your shipping destination, VAT is automatically added in the checkout process. If the shipping address is outside of Switzerland, you don’t have to pay any VAT. Orders to an address in Switzerland pay 2.5% VAT on books, 0% on original artworks and 7.7% on everything else.


I have ordered more than one item, and I have received only one item – why is that?

We are always trying to get your products to you as fast as possible. If you have ordered items from different product categories, there’s a high chance that you will receive more than one parcel due to different warehouse and production locations. Just be patient, the other items will arrive soon with another parcel.


Due to the tracking link my parcel should have arrived a few days ago!

Please write down your tracking number and contact your local post office – your Pop Music Wisdom delivery is probably waiting there for you. (You will find the tracking number in the email we have sent to you to confirm the shipping of your order.)



Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

a) Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us.

b) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after your purchase.

The buyer himself is in charge of shipping the return parcel. Just contact us and we’ll take you through the process. We cannot refund the shipping costs for the return shipment.


Our Products

I am not sure which shirt size I should order – how do I find the right size?

Simple as that: Just measure your favourite T-Shirt,  sweatshirt, etc. laying it flat on a table and compare it with the size chart of your preferred product from our shop.

Are your textile inks eco-friendly?

Sure are. Every piece is printed using environmentally friendly, water-based inks. You can learn more about our environmental efforts here.


When I unpacked my new shirt, I noticed a vinegar-like smell and an off-white residue.

Don't worry, that's not unusual – it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.


How do I keep my textiles looking fresh?

Wash inside-out cold (30°C), don’t iron print and hang to dry, always! This goes for T-shirts, sweatshirts, and tank tops, too. This practice will drastically extend the lifespan of your wardrobe and is also good for the environment.

It depends. We want to make sure that Pop Music Wisdom is a good fit for the stores we work with and that our products are represented well. Just contact us and tell us a bit about yourself and what products you are interested in.


We are a company and would like to do corporate gifts with Pop Music Wisdom – is that possible?

Probably yes! If you would like to learn more about our custom programme, “not so” corporate gifts and product labelling options, feel free to drop us a note. We offer a variety of customization options and we collaborate with clients from the private and business sector. 


We are a brand and would like to collaborate with Pop Music Wisdom – is that possible?

It depends. We want to make sure that Pop Music Wisdom is a good fit for the brands we work with and that our products are represented well. We also want to make sure that the products are made under the same eco-friendly and fair standards as everything else we’re doing. Just contact us and tell us a bit about yourself and your idea.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, GooglePay and Apple Pay. Our whole checkout process is safe due to a high security SSL encryption.


I can’t find my favourite artist with its ingenious advice song on your website – why not?

There’s a high chance that we’ve already designed it — we just haven’t put it online yet (our whole collection has 900+ advice songs). We are updating and adding new products every few weeks. If you are desperate, please contact us and tell us the type of product, artist and lyrics that you are interested in (don’t forget to mention your preferred colour option) – we’ll see what we can do.
